The commitments we make and the ones we ask of you.
Who we serve
We sell software services at our usual and normal charge to state-licensed cannabis retailers, delivery services, cannabis and hemp brands, and their agencies. We do not sell, ship, store, or process payment for any cannabis product, and we never touch a track-and-trace system.
Consent-first operation
You agree to run identification only behind a compliant consent banner. We will not run it otherwise, and we may pause service if consent capture is disabled.
Data siloing
Your records are held in a dedicated tenant. We do not combine, share, or model across clients.
Acceptable use
Records may be used for your own email and advertising programs in compliance with applicable law, platform rules, and consent obtained. No resale of records.
Founding pilot terms
Pilot terms are set in writing before install and locked for the year as stated in your pilot agreement.
What we never collect
Purchase history, medical or patient status, and phone numbers are never collected or delivered. Age verification remains your responsibility through your own age gate.
Termination and deletion
Either party may end service with notice. We delete your tenant data within 30 days of termination unless you ask us to export it first.
