Each consented visitor is written as a contact or subscriber on the list you choose, with a tag applied. Klaviyo: created as a Profile, subscribed to a List with consent recorded. Sendlane, MailerLite, Constant Contact and similar tools receive the same contact, list, and custom-field mapping.

Mailchimp's acceptable-use policy bars it; Klaviyo, Sendlane and MailerLite each publish their own rules for cannabis and hemp, and we confirm yours on the install call.
